The Service is assistive in nature. Outputs are generated by automated systems and may be incomplete, incorrect, or outdated. The Service does not guarantee correctness, security, or suitability for production use.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

- All activity that occurs under your account

3. User Code and Content
Ownership

- Generate summaries, metadata, embeddings, and other derived insights necessary to operate and improve the Service
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, we do not claim ownership of your raw code.
Derived Data
You acknowledge that the Service may generate and store derived metadata and analysis outputs that do not contain your raw source code.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any law or regulation
- Develop or distribute malware
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Circumvent usage limits or safeguards
- Reverse engineer or extract proprietary system logic
- Abuse system resources or infrastructure
We reserve the right to investigate and take action against violations.
5. AI Output Disclaimer
The Service uses artificial intelligence and automated reasoning systems.
You acknowledge that:
- Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete
- Outputs are not professional advice
- You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before use
Modulus is not liable for decisions, damages, or losses resulting from reliance on AI-generated outputs.

The Service does not provide legal, financial, security, compliance, or professional advice of any kind. Any information provided is for informational purposes only.
7. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue features

We do not guarantee backward compatibility.
8. Data Usage and Improvement
We may use aggregated, anonymized, and non-identifiable data derived from usage to:

We do not use raw user code for model training unless explicitly stated.

No refunds will be provided for suspensions or terminations due to misuse or violations.
12. Intellectual Property
All software, systems, prompts, pipelines, workflows, and analysis techniques used by the Service are the intellectual property of Modulus.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
